We work with manufacturing companies, the defense sector and regulated industries. We know that process repeatability, quality documentation and deadlines are important in your work.
We encounter four most common needs: rapid prototyping and design iterations (R&D, NPI), production tooling (jigs, fixtures, assembly aids), production of short and medium runs without costly tooling, and reproduction of spare parts for maintenance.
We determine the scope of the task: type of part, working conditions, quality requirements and planned volume. If you already have the material and technology selected, we verify these assumptions. If you come with a functional description, we select the material, technology and process. On this basis, we propose a cooperation model.

You get tooling to the line faster
Jigs, fixtures and assembly aids arrive at the work-station without a queue in the tool room. Where the traditional path blocks startups and process changes, 3D printing cuts waiting times from days to weeks.
You reduce downtime and reduce spare parts inventory
You store models and production parameters digitally, and print the physical part when you need it. You recoup capital frozen in inventory and reproduce parts that the original manufacturer no longer supports. This includes old machines on the shop floor as well as platforms cut off from overseas OEM supplies.
You produce short and medium runs without building a new line
We realize series in FDM, SLS, SAF, SLA, PolyJet and SLM (metal printing) technologies on our own machinery. You increase volume when the market needs it, without the risk of being left with an unused machine.
You only start 3D printing in-house after you have verified that it makes sense
If economic calculus, data protection or security requirements justify your own printer, we guide you through the implementation. We provide ready-to-use files, printing parameters, material knowledge and team training. For the defense sector, we provide training under our MIA concession.

We get back to you within 30 minutes of submitting the form. You get a preliminary quote and the direction of implementation in 2 hours at the latest. During the first conversation we determine the scope of the task and propose one of three models of cooperation: service (we print for you), combined (you print part of the elements at your place, part at our place) or implementation (we start 3D printing at your place). If 3D printing is not the right solution for your case, we’ll say so directly.
Our scope of activities
3D Printers
We sell and deploy industrial printers from Stratasys (we are a Platinum level partner), Formlabs, UltiMaker, BLT and Caracol. We are not limited to one manufacturer. We match the device to the application, not the application to the device. We precede the purchase with a process validation so that the printer at your place is not an experiment.
Services
We print using FDM, SLS, SAF, SLA, PolyJet and SLM (metal printing) technologies on our own fleet of machines with spare capacity. If one printer stops, production goes on the other. We realize both single prototypes in 24 hours and production contracts with price guarantees and fixed process parameters. We are responsible for material selection, post-printing processing, ISO 9001 quality control and delivery of the finished part.
3D scanners
3D scanning and reproduction of existing components. We offer educational, professional and industrial metrology scanners. We reproduce parts that the manufacturer no longer supports and create CAD models based on the scan. We also provide a full service: scan at your site, point cloud processing, modeling and dimensional verification.
Support
Authorized Stratasys, Formlabs, UltiMaker and BLT service, warranty and post-warranty. Repairs, periodic inspections, supplies and technical support are carried out by manufacturer-certified engineers. If the printer at your place has stopped, in the meantime we will realize urgent prints on our machine park. Your production does not wait for the end of the repair.
Design
We have our own design office specialized in design for 3D printing (DfAM, or Design for Additive Manufacturing). We optimize geometry, reduce weight, combine several parts into one and prepare production files. We also take over the project when you don’t have a finished model. We work with your design team or independently.
