(“RODO”), the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1513, as amended), the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781), as well as the Act of July 12, 2024. – Electronic Communications Law (Journal of Laws, item 1221).

Data will be processed for as long as required by law or the legitimate interests of the Administrator. Data processed for direct marketing of our products and services will be processed until you object to its processing for this purpose.

1. purpose and scope of the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies

1.1. This Privacy and Cookie Use Policy governs the processing of personal data and the use of information about Users on the website operated under the domain of www.cadxpert.pl (hereinafter the “Service”).

This document was created and adopted by CADXPERT (hereinafter also: “Administrator”). The Administrator of the personal data is CADXPERT P. GURGA M. DUKAT SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA with its registered office in Kraków, 23 Ciepłownicza Street.

1.2. The Administrator processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Fulfillment of orders for 3D printers, accessories and 3D printing services (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),
  • Performing legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (e.g. financial settlements) (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA),
  • Communications related to the handling of orders and inquiries regarding CADXPERT’s offerings (telephone contact, e-mail, contact form on the Website) (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),
  • handling of complaints or potential claims (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA),
  • for analytical and statistical purposes (e.g., improving 3D printer offerings and 3D printing services) (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA).
  • Targeting you with marketing content (e.g., information about product news, promotions, service) (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

1.3. By checking the consent option in the contact form (consent to receive commercial information by means of electronic communication sent by www.cadxpert.pl and to use e-mail communication for marketing purposes), the User’s personal data will be processed in order to provide information about CADXPERT’s offerings and to deliver free newsletters.

1.4. Please be advised that the Website may contain links (references) that allow you to reach other websites managed by independent administrators. CADXPERT has no influence on their privacy policy and cookie usage policy and is not responsible for them. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of these entities’ sites.



2 Data collected about Users on the Website and how they are used

When you use our Service, data about you may be collected passively and actively.

2.1. Passively collected data

This is information automatically recorded by the Service: among other things, anonymous information regarding the time of the visit, IP address, URL, browser type (so-called system logs), number of visits, device data, browser language, operating system type.

This is data provided by the User voluntarily.

2.2.1. Contact form

To contact us about our offerings (such as 3D printers, supplies, 3D printing services or service), you can fill out the contact form.

For this purpose, the User provides data such as name, surname, e-mail address, company name, telephone number. This data is processed for the time necessary to respond or process the order, and in any case no longer than until the User objects to further processing.

2.2.2. Contact by phone and email

The service allows contact with the relevant CADXPERT department through the telephone number or e-mail address provided. The data provided in the course of this communication (e-mail address, telephone number) is used solely for contact purposes, i.e. to answer the User’s question or to provide information regarding the offer.

2.2.3. Newsletter

The Site allows the User to subscribe to the Newsletter (e.g. by clicking on the “Order Newsletter” option). In such a situation, the User shall provide an e-mail address, used only for the purpose of sending the Newsletter concerning the news and offer of CADXPERT.

2.3. Right to inspect and change data

You have the right to access your data at any time and the right to request rectification, deletion or restriction of processing. For this purpose, send a request to the e-mail address: info@druk3d.cx.

2.4. Unsubscribe from marketing messages

The user has the right to unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. He or she can do this on his or her own by using the “Unsubscribe from communications” option included in each message received.



3 Cookies and how they are used

When using the Website, so-called “cookies” are stored on the User’s terminal device, which are used, among other things, to ensure proper functioning of the website, facilitate navigation, match content to the User’s interests and for statistical purposes. 4 Safeguards

The User’s personal data is stored in a database, which is protected by technical and organizational measures, in accordance with the requirements of the regulations on personal data protection. User’s personal data is protected against accidental or intentional loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. The security measures used by the Administrator are continuously modified and adapted to the development of technology.

Access to the database is available only to persons with authorization granted by the Administrator.



5. changes to the Privacy Policy

Changes to this Privacy Policy will be made only to raise the standard of privacy protection or to bring the document into compliance with the law. Any change will be communicated to the User (e.g., through a message on the Service or an e-mail, if the User has agreed to such form of contact).



6 Your rights under the RODO

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO), you have the right to:

  • Access to their personal data,
  • rectify their data,
  • deletion of their data,
  • Limit the processing of your data,
  • data portability,
  • object to the processing of data,

In order to exercise the rights referred to above, please contact the Administrator.

The user has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw, in case the processing of personal data is deemed to violate the provisions of the RODO.

The administrator does not transfer data to third countries or international organizations without a legal basis. Data may be profiled for the sole purpose of tailoring marketing offers and improving the quality of services provided (Article 4.4 of the DPA).
