Printing for you is the first of three models of cooperation. If, over time, you find it cheaper and faster to do some items yourself, we can move to a combined model.
Then you print part of the items in-house, and leave some (for example, large size, metal printing, production runs) with us. If the economic calculus justifies independent production, we will guide you through the implementation of your own printer, with a ready-made process that has been tested in advance with us.

With us, you can produce a batch of end-use parts:

We scan, design, print and process in one place. You get a complete part, not a half-finished product that needs to be finished in-house or by another contractor. We reproduce the part from the scan, redesign it for 3D printing, print it and finish it so it goes straight to assembly or the line. Finishing also includes painting according to industry standards, from RAL to military standards (NATO Olive, anti-reflective matte).
Industrial machinery park
We print to an accuracy of 0.1 mm, in large sizes (up to 1000 × 610 × 610 mm) and in a repeatable process. Industrial-grade equipment instead of desktop printers, with all the implications for tolerance, stability and batch quality.

We combine scanning, design, printing and post-processing in one place. You don’t coordinate several contractors, you don’t wait for file transfers between companies, you don’t check whose responsibility ends where.
All key technologies under one roof
FDM, SLS, SAF, SLA, PolyJet and metal printing (SLM) on one machine park. We match the technology to the stage of the project and the function of the part. You don’t have to divide the implementation between several companies or be limited to one technology.
Proven, original materials
We print only from original materials stored in accordance with technical sheets. We have a portfolio of materials that are resistant to temperature, mechanical loads, fire (UL 94 V-0 rating) and electrostatic charge (ESD). They perform well in applications in the electronics, aerospace and defense sectors.
File and project security
We keep client files on encrypted servers, do not send them through unauthorized channels, and operate on infrastructure licensed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration. You can sign an NDA with us before the interview. For projects in the defense sector, we work in accordance with the concessionaire’s procedures.

When finishing the surface of our prints, we can impregnate them, sand them for a smooth surface, make seals, and varnish and polish them. Here is a short table illustrating the post-processing possibilities.
Printing without processing
Sometimes no post-processing is necessary. Printed without support structures, some parts may have visible layers due to printing technology.
Glazing
Smoothed as well as cleaned. All prints in powder technologies are glazed.
Dyeing
Dip dyeing allows for permanent color, without the need to apply additional layers to the print.
Smoothing
The surface of the print is sanded and smoothed.
Smoothing + Varnishing
It is possible to obtain a smooth surface in the color of your choice (e.g. RAL palette).
Impregnation
Allows you to obtain a level of tightness of the print.
Polishing and varnishing of transparent materials
It allows for much better transparency.

Yes, printed models can be subjected to further processing, including varnishing. For best results, we use primers and varnishes dedicated to automotive plastics. We will be happy to perform such a service for you in our paint shop.
Yes, the selected materials show very good UV resistance, are resistant to water, high and low temperatures.
