      Most often we are guided by the property criteria given earlier. We can use the most versatile material, non-flammable, high-strength, waterproof and many others.

      Polyjet technology from Stratasys allows you to print from multiple materials simultaneously in RAL colors. We will print colorful parts for you to use in your final products.

      We use .stl, .stp, .step, .obj, .CADPart, pdf, .3mf, .igs, .sldprt files. You can send them to us.

      You can, but if the thread is to be used on a regular basis, we suggest threaded/metal inserts glued or molded in.

      Depending on the technology, we can make models up to 1 meter in one part. For larger models, we divide them into smaller parts and design pins, overlaps on the gluing surface to increase the gluing area.

      Yes, printed models can be subjected to further processing, including varnishing. For best results, we use primers and varnishes dedicated to automotive plastics. We will be happy to perform such a service for you in our paint shop.

      Yes, the selected materials show very good UV resistance, are resistant to water, high and low temperatures.
