A material for powder SLS 3D printing on Formlabs Fuse 1 3D printers, prints from this material feature flexibility, impact resistance and wear resistance. It is a more flexible material than Nylon 12, making it suitable for printing parts such as latches, hinges, packaging and housings. Nylon 11 is ideal for printing thin walls and sharp edges. The material has been certified for biocompatibility and can be used in contact with skin. Nylon 11 is recommended for printing orthoses and prostheses.

Material approved for contact with human skin meets standards in accordance with ISO 10993-1:
