Stratasys ToughOne is an innovative PolyJet™ material that combines superior surface appearance with high mechanical strength. Designed to create functional prototypes that retain the realism of visual models, ToughOne enables a seamless transition from an aesthetic design to a testable, rugged component.

The material is characterized by high bending and impact resistance and high elongation at break (up to 55%), so it perfectly replicates the properties of technical plastics used in mass production. After the post-curing process, it achieves a tensile strength of up to 53 MPa and a modulus of elasticity of 2500 MPa, while maintaining the smooth, white surface characteristic of PolyJet prints.

Also available is the ToughOne Reinforced variant, digitally blended with RGD531 Reinforcer, which offers even better mechanical performance – up to 65 MPa tensile strength and up to 3100 MPa modulus, ideal for applications requiring higher stiffness and thermal resistance (HDT up to 81 °C).
