UltiMaker PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) is a water-soluble support material for 3D printing using dual extrusion. It enables the design of complex model geometries that require supports that then dissolve in ordinary tap water.

Create complex geometries: Thanks to its water solubility, UltiMaker PVA allows printing models with overhangs and intricate details that would be difficult to achieve with traditional supports.
Projects requiring a smooth surface finish: This material minimizes the risk of surface damage during support removal, which is important for aesthetic or functional components.
Printing with compatible materials: UltiMaker PVA blends well with filaments such as PLA, Tough PLA, CPE and Nylon, which expands the possibilities of printing with different materials.
