Flexible 80A Resin V2 is a durable elastomer for 3D printing that matches the look, feel and functionality of cast 80A urethanes, TPU and hard rubber.

Parts printed with Flexible 80A Resin V2 return to their original shape and withstand repeated bending, stretching and compression. The material enables the creation of tear-resistant functional prototypes and end-use parts, the protection of sensitive components with soft inserts and mounting brackets, and the design of refined cushioning and gripping parts with a non-viscous surface and matte black finish.

Flexible 80A Resin V2 is a new material formulation that takes advantage of Form 4 series printer technology to provide 2 times higher tear strength, 2 times higher elongation at break, 4 times higher rebound resilience, and better aesthetics and aging resistance compared to the previous version.
